Revocation clause for consumers according to § 13 The German Civil Code (BGB)

Power of revocation
You are allowed to revoke the contract without specifying any reasons within a period of one month in written form (e.g. letter, telefax, E-Mail) or by returning the goods. This period starts on receipt of this clause at earliest except prior to receipt goods. In order to comply with the deadline it is sufficient to send notification or goods in good time. The revocation must be sent to the following address:

Exclusion of revocation
Power of revocation doesn't exist in contracts
- to delivery of goods, that are produced after client specifications or are absolutely fitted for the personal needs or based on her state are not suitable for a return or fast can go bad or whose expiry date would be crossed,
- to delivery of for the delivery of audio recordings or video recordings (e.g. CDs and DVDs) or software, so long as the delivered data medium have been unsealed by you,
- to delivery of newspapers, publications and magazines.

Consequences of a revocation
In case of an effective revocation the performances received on both sides have to be refunded and – if necessary – derived benefits (e.g. interest) have to be reimbursed. Could you not refund the performance received completely or partly or in a deteriorated state, you have to replace the value in this respect – if necessary. This is not valid for sold articles if the deterioration (or extinction) of the article can exclusively be led back to its examination – which would have been possible for you, for instance, in a shop – or the deterioration of good is accrued by designated use. Mailable parcel are to be sent back on our risk; not mailable parcel are fetched back at you. They have to carry the costs of the return if the delivered product of the ordered product corresponds and if the price of the good to be sent back does not exceed an amount of 40.00 EUR or if you have not made the consideration or a by contract agreed hire-purchase for a good with a higher price at the time of the revocation yet. Otherwise the return is free for you.
